I have faced a pathetic after sales and service support from Croma . I never expected such a big brand has no backend team, no escalation team , no senior customer support member team.
Here is my full issue,
I bought a 43 inch Samsung 4k TV from Croma store in Dec 2022. Samsung gives 1 year full warranty on TV. I also bought Croma Zipcare 2 year extended warranty as as well this makes my TV covered for 3 years.
Now some person in Croma did a manual error in system and put my TV warranty as 3 years from Samsung and extended warranty start date as DEC 2025 instead of DEC 2023.
Now my TV got a fault and its screen went black . I called Croma and booked a service request. They checked in there system and sent Samsung guy to fix my TV. Samsung guy told me that in his system my TV has only 1 year warranty which has expired in DEC 2023.
So I called Croma and told this and the customer service created a service request under extended warranty for Croma Zipcare.
After 1 day this SR(service request) is marked auto closed and a new SR is raised again for samsung.
Then I called customer support again and told my issue again and he again created a SR for Croma Zip care to repair my TV.
Next day same thing happened again and Zip care SR was marked auto closed stating my Tv is under manufacture warranty.
Now from last 20 days same thing is happening . I have called customer care many times .they say our backend team is looking into it. They will reach out to you in 48 hours.
But nobody calls. They just repeat same message.
I also visited Croma store from where I bought the TV and explained this issue that change my extended warranty start date to DEC 2023 instead of DEC 2025.
They say we have mailed the backend team and they will fix this .
But till now as 20 days have passed . No one from backend team contacted me for this issue or have fixed this issue.
The customer support says they cannot connect to backend team and no email is there to reach out backend team.
The Croma customer support or a ghost backend team cannot fix a manual data entry issue which they only did in first place. Change the extended warranty start date to DEC 2023.
No one from backend team has contacted me via email or call till now (more than 20 days passed)
So for just a small issue CROMA has not provided any after sales service support. I donot know if some big issue had come this what will the customer support team can do. One will just be waiting to backend team came ( which usually donot come).
Croma has only one is customer.care@croma.com no escalation mail-id or senior customer support team members.
So lesson learnt is never buy from Croma again. As they will not fix in case the appliance gets faulty.
If anyone knows Croma escalation mail id or any contact pls let me know.
