Csb bank cancelled card without prior notice

I had an edge csb rupay card but after 3 months suddenly the card got freezed and the card was closed with out intimation i requested them jupiter and csb bank both they are declining to re open or reactivate my card stating internal t&c changes with in bank how the hell they ruin my cibil


Please some one help me how to get the card back because there is no negative things in my cibil report or either no missed/ delayed payment till date.
