Even I received it on MyZone a couple of days ago. Gave a missed called on the mentioned number but I didn't get a confirmation SMS from Axis (My wife got a confirmation SMS).

It must be cumulative for all these offers. Imagine OP spending 80k in one transaction to get 2.5k cashback. 😀
