Current account & POS machines

Hi members , Im planning to open a new cafe, im new into business and planning to open a current account. Kindly help me with choosing good banking which offers best POS rates.
Assuming my monthly revenue wont gross 5L/month for next 1 year.

SBI, HDFC or Axis for current account. (Whichever branch or staff u impressed)

Paytm, Phonepe, Razorpay, HDFC, Axis or SBI POS. (Provides better support while chargeback or hold)

Using HDFC... 2L hit karoge either by QR/Swipe then they will waive off rental fees per month (250+GST) . May be diff locations diff offers might be running.. I am from Chennai.
