DCB monthly spend vouchers received?

i have completed 80k for November and can also see milestone completed status on the spend promo details.
but i haven't received the poshvine sms or vouchers yet. one of my friends received it already.
should i wait for a few more days or escalate?

Some times I don't get mail or SMS. I will login and it will be available. Try logging in and check.

It's just 6Dec now, wait up to 15th Dec.

already dropped a mail to their team, because many have already received it. even I had received it last month before 6th. will update here what they reply.

If you can login to HDFC Netbanking, under redeem rewards, the new page will show that you have completed milestone for last month and take a snapshot of it. Send it to grievance redressal and don't waste your time with customer care.

update:

after writing to grievance redressal, they investigated and replied that i will get the vouchers after 2 days of their email reply.
i got them today.

friends, keep an eye on all the benefits you are eligible for.

if i had not escalated and didn't know about the milestone completion, hdfc would have not given the vouchers (worth 1000!).

Now, its my turn. I completed monthly milestone spend in December but no SMS/email till now which generally comes by first week of subsequent month. I logged in to poshvine but vouchers are not enabled. I have to now take the grievance redressal route to get it. Don't know what is going on with HDFC recently, first its with Gyftr points and now this???
