DCB monthly spend vouchers received?

i have completed 80k for November and can also see milestone completed status on the spend promo details.
but i haven't received the poshvine sms or vouchers yet. one of my friends received it already.
should i wait for a few more days or escalate?

UPDATE : DCB Monthly/Yearly vouchers are now redeemable through Smartbuy

I was not able to find the vouchers on poshvine ao contacted the premium customer care and he guided me. See the detailed thread for steps.
