DCB offers a spend based offer each month where if we spend Rs.80,000, we get two vouchers of Rs.500 each.
The details about the spends can be seen in the window that opens up after clicking REDEEM REWARD POINTS.
So for the Month of September, it does not show anything for me. It still says current cycle for the spends I did last month. It is end of September now.
Is it the same for everyone or its just specific to me?

is the 80k spend per month for billing cycle month or calendar month?

I have one more doubt 😅

If I spend something on 30th Sept, it will appear in statement around 2 to 4 October. will it still be counted as sept expense or Oct expense?

It is working fine for me.

I have a query regarding the annual benefits. For the first year, if one spends 1.5 lacs within 90 days then he/she is eligible for the annual benefits like Forbes digital magazine subscription etc.
When do we get it? I have got the 1 reward point credit in this month’s statement

Are you talking about monthly milestones ? its calendar month. I normally used to get a mail around 4-6th of next month about these vouchers.

Yearly: 8L spends and you receive benefits on your your card's anniversary

I dont remember when I got it but it was within a week from my spending or the bill generation I think. Youll get a sms from them.

This is what it shows me, the active one is for August for which I have already received the benefit.
Nothing after that

It is working fine for me.

It will be counted as Oct expense. But they can consider it for previous month as an exception when escalated (happened in my case)

Has the mail for September milestone benefit came already for DCB? Generally it comes on 5th of month but don't remember seeing it. Anyone can confirm?
