If it is just a blank statement then avoid doing so, otherwise, in future you will loose your credibility.

Is this CC bill or other type of payment? Because in our case for other payment DC option is there, but not for BBPS CC bill payment.
Anything special in your app?? like.. app not updated... some setting change or through something else. Which CC bill u r paying?
Earlier also some people told they are getting option but payment failing. cc @6ix9ine

I have never used airtel for paying CC bills, I'll start using it. Let's see how long does it work for me. Will check on 1st week of February.

I have checked it already in three different airtel thanks account (one new registration) for cc bill payment its not coming.

1. CC bill payment
2. App is up to date, I checked before posting just to see if im on the older version or not
3. No setting change
4. Screenshot was of IDFC Vistara card (checked HDFC and IDFC Select while typing this msg, visible there as well)

So basically, the DC option is not working either on Airtel Thanks or SBI Unipay.

i made the payment, not thru thanks app tho. I used canara setu and it worked for idfc vistara and hdfc millenia cc

I know one debit card, which earn 0.5 cashback directly in to acount and . By paying cc bills in canera sethu and the cash back is instant. I thoroughly checked out comunity, no one knows about it. Dm me I will refer. It is totally online acount. You can create with in minutes.

I think CC bill payments made using RBL EDC on Canara Setu are not eligible for monthly vouchers but are counted towards yearly milestone
