I don't think you can pay CC Bill Payments through Apay Wallet. Apay balance cannot be used to pay CC Bill Payments.
You can visit the site
Then click qr as option instead debit card and generate a qr code which you can scan from amzon app using amazon pay wallet amount

Ohh. So is there a route like that to make Amex CC Bill Payments. Nice. Will check.

Thanks for the info. Was looking for mainly regular non fintech banks different debit cards if they provide rewards for loading wallet

It’s not working. As the gift card are added to gift card balance and wallet balance is empty
probably he is refilling amazon wallet balance, not buying gift card. Just like you can do using millennia DC and get 2.5%
