Ask your RM or contact BM. Don't worry, you are 100% eligible, and they will upgrade your account within a week.

I called them they told we recently upgraded you to IDFC First Select, and told since you have recently opened Account with us for IDFC Wealth I need to wait and deposit 10 lacs more in savings for atleast 3 months, then I will be eligible
I am kind of frustrated I don't know is shes just cooking up or don't want to provide this upgrade
Do you know if there is some specific eligibility criteria..?

Tell her that you'll be shifting your fixed deposit to other bank. That might do the trick, talk to branch manager directly and tell that you'll shift business to other bank.

Dont miss anything
Threat them that u will move out

BM is also not replying on whatsapp or picking calls.

Is there any way I can change branch for the FDs and if I approach the branch in my area and I tell the BM that because I didn't get good service I want to move my funds to your branch will that help..?
