Decoding issue & holding PayZapp accountable for payment transaction?

Thanks I think I tried it once incompletely, might try properly again.

Just last few days twice i've had failed payment to SBC Card using Axis Burgundy DC via PayZap.

One they refunded after 4 days and said failure, another they did right away saying amount is different from merchant so it failed, when in actuality the amount is auto pulled by PayZapp from SBI.

WTF is going on? Amounts around 16.5 / 16.7 k - Is there something I need to fix? KYC etc is all done and Online Spend limits are also higher.

Approach RBI ombudsman if no satisfactory response from HDfC. HDfC is going back to its poor customer service times. May be a little bamboo from RBI can make them straight
