Delayed Payment on HDFC Infinia. Is there any chance of reversal?

( though i have partly paid 614000 on 26.04.22) i have been charged 15949.13 finance charges and 2870.84 gst on it.

I have mailed this to customerservices.cards@hdfcbank.com & bohdfcahm@hdfcbank.com but in reply they denied any solution @TechnoFino , Plz help

But I couldn't register my BoB CC

I am still apprehensive if an automatic query can be done across banks to draw such sensitive information from one another, will have to try it someday with a small billing amount.

Also u can check the interest is for the whole amount due or the remaining amount. Cause according to new rbi rules it should be only for the remaining amount
