Delete Old no. & Email from CIBIL?

My Cibil has a contact number listed that no longer belongs to me and also an email id which I don't recognise.
However, while trying to raise a dispute on CIBIL website, I am just getting an option to update these. Is there any way I could get these Deleted from my report??

New number will be reported if u chnage number with credit lender bank & nbfc ..
Old number won't be deleted.. both will appear
