DELHI T3 ENCALM LOUNGE : ARRIVAL ACCESS

Is there a way to get access to Delhi T3 arrival lounge access. I saw few post but none were with a conclusion.
1- Dragonpass is not possible for Indian credit cards.
2- Dreamfolks is not providing access to the T3 arrival lounge.
3- Loungekey with SBM card is not clear, if it does give access or not.
4- Is there any other way to get complimentary access?

At every lounge, they display accepted cards list at front.
