Did anyone got charged by HDFC for emi cancellation after 120 days ?

I got message today " Instant discount and payback given upfront will be debited within 120 days " ?

Did anyone cancelled emi before 120 days and there discount amount was debited from card ?
Although they are sending messages to people but till now i haven't heard that they have charged people for the same.
Can someone confirm
