Didn't get proper cb for smartbuy purchase, got something called "smartbuy bonus", it's been more than 3 days

For 20k smartbuy, it showed I'll fetch 1000 but, I received something called smart buy bonus July cb of 351?, what is this? Can anyone explain? Usually I'll receive cb for smartbuy purchase within 2 days. It's already day 3 and I've gotten some bonus cb and still haven't received 1000cb for amazon, should I contact bank or wait?

You've got the wrong cashback, contact support, you're supposed to get 1320 rupees as cashback for 20295

I have received the correct cashback. I am supposed to receive approx. 2000 as cashback for Rs. 20295 which I have received for both june and july (675+1320).

Yep I've also received the remaining CB.
I don't use BMS GV but On Checking I can't see Bookmyshow Vouchers on Gyftr. So Most Probably they are stocked out.

No they've removed. If of stock it would say out of stock. It seems it's been removed on axis edge also.
