Difference in Kotak Rewards

Hi,

anyone has some experience with Kotak Rewards? My statement is showing 3054 points whereas my Kotak Reward page is showing 1238 points. Each point is worth 0.25 paise.

The Kotak system, as accessed through the 811 app and netbanking platform, indicates the accumulated rewards points earned via card transactions. Conversely, the Kotak rewards redemption website displays these points at a different redeemable value. This discrepancy may lead to confusion; however, it is important to note that the intrinsic value of the rewards points remains constant.


For instance, if my card accrues 3 points for every INR 100 spent, with each point valued at INR 0.10, a spend of INR 1 lakh would yield 3000 points as reflected in the statement.
Yet, on the rewards redemption site, these points are calculated at a value of INR 0.25 per point, resulting in a displayed total of 1200 points.
