Different between DCB lounge access and Marriott Bonvoy lounge access program

What is the difference between the lounge access program of DCB and Marriott Bonvoy cards.
The only difference i could find is DCB has unlimited lounge access and Marriott Bonvoy card has 12 Domestic+12 international lounge access.
Following are the main question regarding the Marriott Bonvoy lounge access program
1. Availability of Lounge access for add on card holder is unclear.
2. Is the Marriott Bonvoy card accepted at all Domestic lounges where DCB is accepted?

The only difference is the number of complementary access.
Lounges that provide access to DCB would provide access to Marriot Bonvoy card as well.
