Infinia Difficulties in getting the HDFC Infinia credit card

I didn't understand this screenshot. What's "Upg SMS", "Promo Status" etc. Promo for what? Someone pls enlighten on this.
Nothing much, just the way how hdfc tracks spends for milestone benefits on applicable cards
The application was Rejected and was Incurable in HDFC Customer Care language. The RM was finally able to find the reason and convince the credit card team. The application was reopened and moved to In Process. HDFC did the credit checks on both CIBIL and CRIF on 6th Nov and the card application is showing as Approved today.
which card ? and fyf paid or ltf?
This is my first card from HDFC. Infinia it is. For new customers I think bank does not offer FYF/ LTF.

I might need esclate to change my RM .. chasing her for at-least 1 month still no progress. She always say sir you will surely get this i'm getting approvals and gives a reason for delayed approval like manager on leave on vacation etc etc.
I hold a imperia from last 5-6 yrs and have over 60L in FD+ Cash with Hdfc.
Also, salary slips of 4.3lakh before tax.

I personally feel, keeping 60L in FD & savings isn't a good idea specially with HDFC bank where the interest is too low. Just for comparison, IDFC first bank is offering 7.25% on savings and up to 7.75% on FD while HDFC on savings gets you just 3-3.5%. Other investments can fetch better returns. The opportunity cost is huge and not worth it specially if such a balance is maintained for obtaining Infinia.
Btw, what's the net salary credit into your account (after taxes and all other dedications)?

How did you deal with rejection and BM ? I think I might face similar issue for my relative, he satisfies criteria but bm might not help
The issue was we work from home and they wanted to verify my office address and checking if the company was Active. So BM/ RM convinced that I am receiving the monthly salary, there is a PF deduction which also reflects in PF portal. So the backend team was convinced about the company being active. That's what I was told.
The RM/ BM after the card approval, came to visit my home for some Investment plan (as expected)

One more question, how much is the conversion rate for points to Amazon voucher is how much ? Infinia points to vouchers is 50% i.e. 1 point = 50 paise
