Disputed Account was removed but reappeared on my cibil

I disputed an unknown Loan account on my cibil a few months ago, that was successfully removed. But now it reappeared on my CIBIL. I tried to redispute the loan account but CIBIL site is giving me an error (tried several times). Their site sucks but it's for another post. Any idea what could be the reason that it got reappeared again even after it got successfully removed before? The account does contain the following flag though:

Account information under dispute.
CIBIL Remarks: Account Ownership Error

Whenever any dispute happens you contact the Loan distributing party
If they don't buzz you contact Rbi ombudsman

Cibil is just a static body where information is stored by various banks not statutory body
