I have the exact same question. I recently paid my health insurance premiums via tata nue and got no nue coins inside the nue app.

On the statement, I got base_insurance.

Th payment page inside tata nue is also very confusing. Like there is pay via credit/debit card which I selected. There also was Tata Pay UPI. Don't know if that is the one that is supposed to be used.
