Do we need to be in a serviceable area for an Amex add-on card?

Not sure on that, may be for kyc records....

I have taken add on for my Dad when its was our native towns address on his Aadhaar but it was long back and they were not even doing vkyc that time

It’s for kyc purpose. They asked me to resubmit kyc for one of my supplementary card last month. I submitted address proof of my native place. They approved it.

AFAIK, it’s not required. Check with customer care once.

You can put Primary Card Holder address for the delivery of the card. and then they can send it to your location.

I checked with customer care. Address doesn’t need to be in serviceable area. Here is there response “You will be the main card holder, hence they are not required to be in any servicing area at all.”

For Non Serviceable location card can be approved. Got my wife’s card approved.
