There are many loopholes in banks and credit card issuing agencies. Many times, they exploit customers and people are at their mercy to get what's even legally allowed.
But do you think we can use the loopholes in their terms and conditions to the maximum and enjoy the benefits? Is it morally right according to you?
  • Or should you be informing the banks about this loophole and ask them to plug it?
  • Or should you be using it by yourself, but not informing anyone else so that you can enjoy the benefits and it will stay as is.
  • Do you think just because you exploited the loophole bank devalued the card?
  • Are you sad or jealous that others could use the loophole but you couldn't?
  • Do you think it is morally wrong, or do you compare it to stealing?
  • What loopholes you have used in your credit card journey to apply/get points/reach milestones etc?
What are your thoughts?

Well, this topic is extremely extremely debatable, though everyone knows what is right and what is wrong.
Perhaps, I shouldn't even comment on this otherwise drastic chain reactions are bound to occur #iykyk!

When banks do it's raasleela
When we do it's character deela

To answer one of the questions in the post:
I got ₹100 extra cashback from SBI CB and no, I did not return it.
That's the most I got anywhere.
I don't know if it was some offer but I wasn't aware of any such.

Think of this as a little life nugget rather than a direct answer. There’s no absolute right or wrong—just choices and their outcomes. If you’re ready to embrace the consequences with a smile, go ahead and do what you want! But if you’re going to be upset and can’t handle it, it’s best to take a step back. Simple as that! 😊

Loophole exploitation is the reason we get so many devaluaitons. Once or twice sure the bank may turn a blind eye, but doing it at scale then blaming the bank for devaluation is really stupid.
