Earlier it used to be 18 only, but later on Kotak had also changed to 21. ~ 1-1.5 pehle

Ek (SS attached) ne tweet kara ye jo SM ne kara hai wo unethical & crinzy hai, in sab ke bajh se Axis devaluation karta/ kara hai, baaki unke followers ne uspe sahamati janaye ...

@CardTroller ne unka (jisne tweet kara) purane post khangal ke nikaala aur tweet mien likha ye toh Hypocrisy/ double standard hai, jab khud custom duty pay karne ko liable tha faltu ta drama/ nautanki, lekin kisi dusre (SM) ne rewards points accumulate kiya loophole use karke toh unethical ho gaya 🙂
 
There is such a thin line around this, it is sometime difficult to tell, if I have crossed that line. Additionally, is that illegal also?

One which i have used was magzter annual pack at Rs 50. It was a mistake from someone in operational team in magzter. And I used it. And I don't even read much magazines. 🙁 This was worth about 2000 mistake on company side. Now this was digital product. Would I have done same if a rs 2000 book was available in bookstore for Rs 50 by mistake. May be I would have. Will I pick Rs 2000 fallen on road. Definitely not. But all of them are exactly Rs 2000 mistake by someone. So, it is kind of really thin line.

Now what if a magzter like product worth 50K or 5 lakh available for Rs 500. Would I have still bought it. Most probably I would have not. But we really don't know how we behave impulsively, especially around thin line. Will I behave differently if I know someone may get fired or (an employee) paying because of me (and many others) using loophole.

Also, I am against piracy (movies, book, music) now. But in past or younger age, I have used pirated stuffs. Totally unethical. But today also, it is very difficult to check all videos available on youtube to ensure that they are not pirated. And there are lots of pirated videos on youtube.
 
If someone finds a loophole, I think it's very difficult to inform company / banks. Customer support is not trained to listen these and take it to their higher ups. They will mostly say ok. They will say that will pass it to relevant team. And they will happily close their ticket without doing anything on it. And there are hardly any other channels to reach. I have faced these whenever I have found a security bugs and tried to report it. These days I have even stopped reaching out to companies to inform them. And we cannot post on twitter. That is straight unethical (and illegal). I have done only once when company said they will not fix security bugs. Their nosql database was open. I had access to all users information, transactions etc. I posted on twitter after that without giving any specific information of security bug.
