Does activating Full DND blocks gift voucher SMS ?

So recently I have activated Full DND (Jio Sim) and when I redeemed the amazon voucher from SBI I didn't receive any SMS for the same. Earlier it used to be sent on both SMS and mail and even now they mentioned it will be send via both the platform so shall I opt out from Full DND ? And voucher from other banks like HDFC gyftr are send via sms only or Email also? I am yet to receive 1500 amazon voucher from HDFC now I am wondering maybe it was my fault.

It can be changed but it's a handy feature tbh if they allowed GV sms to bypass

Shouldn't, I am on Full DND, no issue in recieving SMS from HDFC gyftr portal.

Good to know but SBI one failed for me. Maybe you have a different operator I am using Jio.

I'm maintaining 10L+ for 1.5 months and IDFC employees keep promising date after date but can't give me updates ... A new 3 year old bank is treating a new customer this way

When I visited their branch in March they told me only 25k mab account is available in urban/metro area. 10k one can only be opened from rural area. That made me realize not to go with this bank unless there are no alternatives.
