Does add on cards of Axis bank still work?

Mine axis neo add on credit card has stopped working. Still they have sent me new add on card this month after expiry of previous neo cc. But it also didn't worked at store. I had read somewhere that add cards of axis bank doesn't work post 31st March, 2022. Can anybody please confirm?

Yes, they worked 2 days back for me.
Did you activate the addon card calling the customer care? You have to activate it and enable it for transactions(online, pos, international etc) via customer care.

Download Application form (Link Below), Fill it and submit to nearest branch of Axis, along with attested KYC document of the person you are applying for. The documents required are mentioned in the application form.
