Does anyone has bought a car using credit card ??

I've heard people making such purchases in the US using their charge cards. But most dealers in India will deny payment through credit cards for anything more than the booking amount. One could pull this off with a luxury car, as their margins are typically much higher. It would not be a sound decision to lose that much liquidity on a deprecating asset, but it would make for a cool story. XD

I suppose they charged you the MDR? Can you not get a refund from the dealer by complaining to the POS issuing bank and the brand?

As it is illegal and complaining directly to the car brand via social media e.g. Twitter or their own channel stating you have been illegally charged MDR may work for you?
It reflected as a convenience fee in the final bill and it was added by razorpay. They only put in base amount on the swipe machine.

I had booked another car using my CC, there no convenience fees were charged.

If you book the car on Kia website then you can payoff full amount using CC itself without extra charges.
Just align with local dealer that he is ok with this before proceeding to be on the safer side.
