They've been advertising this card (which has two variants) at Nature's Basket outlets, via emailers etc for months now. When I applied back in May, it was rejected and a vague "details mismatch" reason was given - without specifying what details didn't match. I recently tried applying for it via the local branch and the person there told me after some checking that they aren't taking applications for this card because of some systems issues - which explains why I was rejected in May. Seems quite likely that they haven't been able to integrate with the Nature's Basket rewards system - which itself is pretty rough around the edges.
