Yes they will offer LIT card after a month of account opening but its anyway free. So LTF is a joke. Plus LIT card is not very useful. Also limit would be low even with good cibil. As you maintain the account in subsequent months they may offer a slightly higher limit.

Just 10k i had and some upi to merchants for small amounts
