Does ICICI /AXIS / HDFC send credit card statement when There is no Transaction & What they Report in CIBIL ( 0 ) or ( * )

Hai Guys

Does ICICI send credit card statement when There is no Transactions , because I am not receiving the statement and there is no credit or debit in card.

So I tried checking in INB and Imobile app also, there are no statement generated or not showing for the period, even 12 days completed.

not only icici CC just know checked same happened with AXIS CC and HDFC cc

does this is normal or AXIS/HDFC/ ICICI sends CC statement or not , even when there is no credit or debit transaction.

please share your exp and help me,

1) In my experience if I haven't used the card in a month then statement was not generated.
2) The usage was not reported in cibil since 6 months for both cards.
If I didn't saw the icici app then sure I was going to miss payment.

0 or *

I don't get statements for nil amounts. But I get statement even if I paid 1paisa more then bill amt with no due!!!

But some persons in same thread are saying u will get statement even when there is no debit or no credit.

But I havent received from HDFC AXIS ICICI for last 2 bill cycles, so I got doubt and posted.

Since you and another person confirmed that we wont receive I was some what okay.
Otherwise i should again complaint and I was vexed.

Not reported means what is the symbol it is showing in cibil
0 or *

No entry. Last logged month was sept 2024. It's like the data entry person gone to holiday.

If issuer doesn't report anything it will show as XXX.
