Does ICICI /AXIS / HDFC send credit card statement when There is no Transaction & What they Report in CIBIL ( 0 ) or ( * )

Hai Guys

Does ICICI send credit card statement when There is no Transactions , because I am not receiving the statement and there is no credit or debit in card.

So I tried checking in INB and Imobile app also, there are no statement generated or not showing for the period, even 12 days completed.

not only icici CC just know checked same happened with AXIS CC and HDFC cc

does this is normal or AXIS/HDFC/ ICICI sends CC statement or not , even when there is no credit or debit transaction.

please share your exp and help me,

But why not are you using any of these banks? If you continue this they may decrease your credit limit by 90%

tq bro , but some are saying different , getting tensed

but what ever you said it matched, bcz
one of my card prev month it generated statement even when the bill is 0 when opened the statement I came to see that there is a credit transaction of bill payment

SO YOU are saying that

ICICI and HDFC even when there is no CREDIT or DEBIT Transaction , I will receive the statment

where as , per your exp

AXIS and KOTAK are not sending any statement when there is no CREDIT or DEBIT Transaction

Yes that's correct. This is applicable for Hdfc, Axis and Icici. Bot One card from Bob, they are generating stmt every month even if there is no transaction.

Just 2 days back I received the Amazon pay card bill for zero rupees though it had an entry for last month payment

Then You will get statement bcz there is a transaction.
If No transaction then they are not sending ??? Is my actual question

If you dont spend this month also same card then you may not receive the statement if I am crct

I stopped using Apay card 6 months ago when I got the CB card. Since then they don't send any statement for ₹0 outstanding.
A new scenario came this month when I used Apay card and coral card for Amazon and upi transactions and still they didn't sent the statement for last month. Complained on twitter and got the statement of only my coral card. I will send my grievances to customer care tomorrow by mail.

Hdfc definitely does. And also sends mail/text.

Axis also generates statement. But as I never receive statement through mail. I can't comment whether it mails statement without any transactions. Both hdfc and axis report to cibil without transactions as well.

Icici doesn't report to cibil but it generates statement. It may or may not send mail though.

so 6 months since there is no credit or debit transaction in AmazonPAy card , they havent sended you any statement ,
1) so it is normal in icici u r saying, if we dont use i.e no credit or no debit transaction then there will be no STATEMENT ???

2) another thing wanted to know about cibil reported by icici on amazon or coral card when u havent used it for 6 months , what they reported
zero(0) or (*) which symbol it is showing


in last billing cycle u used ur both coral and Apay card ( both cards have some credit or debit transactions ) but u havent received statement it is weired.

1) In my experience if I haven't used the card in a month then statement was not generated.
2) The usage was not reported in cibil since 6 months for both cards.
If I didn't saw the icici app then sure I was going to miss payment.

I don't get statements for nil amounts. But I get statement even if I paid 1paisa more then bill amt with no due!!!
