Does ICICI bank Credit cards allows refunds to be credited with no outstanding dues.

I had purchased a product using my Apay ICICI card last month, and soon after, the bill got generated and I paid on the first day itself. The current outstanding is now 0.33 CR.
Now that product is being returned and refund has been initiated, but I haven't received refund in my account. I don't know if the bank is not accepting overlimit of credits, since I faced this myself while paying bills after BBPS integration, they would not allow excess bill payment. Now I am really unsure what to do. Has anyone faced the same ?

I think only you cannot overpay but refunds from merchants should work. This is how credit card system is designed.

I believe you can withdraw the excess to your bank account or spend further in subsequent months.

Yes it was getting credited and balance went in negative.
