for pinnacle at max. they only provide 1.5% (if redeemed 1rp = 1rs.), and none of wallets that I know charge <2.3%, which is straightaway loss of -0.8% itself (again, consodering reward points as 1rp = 1rs. which is rare case).

anyway, no such restriction. Only restriction, you can earn only upto assigned limit in that statement means if you prepay and spend again doesn't give any points.

They also impose 1% +gst for over 25k payments done over wallet and utility. So keep in mind.

ok, here it mentioned 20k, might be old news, anyway still not useful for wallet load (or would like to know that wallet that charges < 1.5%)

Yes CC support confirmed 25k limit maybe for 5k there is 1% + GST as the link shared above mentioned no fee up to 20k.
