Does kotak have nomination for credit card?

I received a call from kotak bank and she asked if i received my card. After which she wanted to know if i have any nomination for the credit card, which didnt make any sense to me but asked her to do it. She said she sent me an otp:-



I quickly asked her to confirm for what she was applying and asked if it has any charges, she said i will receive Rs 5,000 per day as long as im hospitalized and denied that it has any charges, but few days ago someone else from their bank confirmed that such scheme is a kind of insurance and a chargeable one. I denied providing otp to her and hung up the call. Did anyone else received a similar call?

Nowadays, kotak too giving without documents, income. ... for students too.

All for sales, they are selling insurance plans for credit card holders.

actually they dont, they missold an ltf mojo card and thought that they would get away with it. Besides they again lied to me here with the insurance as well ig.
