Does upgrading to classic or preffered banking help in getting better credit card and limits?

I have normal saving account with hdfc but from last 3 years I'm getting pre approved upgrade to classic and for last 2 years getting upgrade to preffered banking is it worth upgrading.
Does it help in getting better credit card and limit enhancements. I was offered a moneyback+ after account opening and upgraded to millennia but limit enhancement is the worst sometimes try increase only 5k does upgrading to classic or preffered help in getting better cc offers.

I have been maintaining 1l+ in my account since 7-8 months, but haven't received any upgrade offer to Preferred? I currently have Classic banking for my savings max account.
