Doubt regarding IndusInd Wallet Loads

Hey all, I have an IndusInd Legend Credit Card, which is relatively new, but I have been using it for few random transactions and all is well. But I tried using it to load my cred wallet and it constantly fails. I also tried MobiKwik but to the same result. I can load these wallets using my HDFC, ICICI APay, OneCard without any issues. Have they blocked wallet loads?

In this case I am also curious to see what will happen if I try to make a rent payment using this CC, which is quite close to my card limit. Is it likely to go through? People that pay rent using indusind CC please pitch in.

What's the approx amt you are trying with on mobikwik?

Now forget wallet loads! The damn card does not work on simple swiggy orders anymore! Last statement got generated and I paid it off fully. Post that, every single transaction gets declined saying “internal policy”. Customer care is clueless and they keep saying the card is active. It doesn’t work! Is someone else facing this issue? I have an IndusInd Legend LTF. If it doesn’t work I might as well cancel the card. Totally useless.

I recently got the EazyDiner Platinum Card and it gets rejected on EazyDiner itself even for a 400 rupee transaction. I have tried contacting customer care via phone but I can't get through to an agent. I've emailed them regarding the same, waiting for a response.
