I want to know that can i avail longue access outside india with dreamfolk every year at capping with 1 complementary.

Comes in activated state. Just present it at international lounge reception. They will swipe it & you are good to go 🙂

Dreamfolk card are meant to be attached to the offered credit-card. Be it ICICI or IDFC or anything. So until the respective cc is active, the dreamfolks is binded to it and it will continue to work with same privleges quarter-on-quarter.
