Does ICICI offers Dreamfolks card with Icici sapphiro or rubyx? I see folks got priority pass with sapphiro, does the bank give option once you recieve card?

Also on which variant of sapphiro/rubyx we can get it, single or dual one?

Thank you, so do they provide option to choose priority pass or dreamfolks as I saw many got priority pass with dual variants.
