Duplicate last 4 digits causing issues in bill fetching

Apparently my ICICI VISA Amazon Pay and ICICI AMEX RubyX CC has the same last 4 digits. None of the bill payment apps work due to this post BBPS implementation. I can only pay via bank's own site/app so i keep missing all the reward points.

Any solutions?

Report one card as lost and get it reissued. You will get a new card and number

That will incur a replacement charge of 200+ GST. I saw somewhere in ICICI MITC it should be 100, but CC told 200, not sure
