EaseMyDeal is legit? 10K money stuck!

Hey folks,
So I used it for few smaller cc to bank transactions using ace card.. All seemed to be deposited on time as it mentioned in the timeline.. Now i did a big transfer of 10k with same ace card (already full kyc completed) and it was supposed to be deposited in bank account by yesterday (3 Oct 11.59 pm) but till now it has not been deposited.
It still shows the status as in progress.. I have already sent an email to their support but just wanted to know anyone had similar Exp with them? If it gets delayed for how long should I wait?? And what are the chances of money getting stuck with them?

Nvm,
This was resolved by emd team.. They replied to my maid within couple of hours and said we are aware about this issue and will be resolved soon and within an hour post that mail amount was received.. So all good

Just checked it, it's utilities with mcc 4900

For me, I made a bill payment of Rs. 10K and it got failed after the amount getting debited. I have emailed the support.. Let's see..
