Easydiner IndusInd credit card

tried to apply easydiner insudind credt card for FYF but they told they need 5000 easyPay points to redeem for this FYF or else they will charge the joing fees . I have 2700 points as of now. any method to crack this FYF offer.

Do we need a separate app or card for it to work?
(like priority pass for eg)
Do we get discounts in all restaurants?
