Indusind credit card application process

Hello Fam!
I was recently getting calls from indusind bank regarding a preapproved credit card offrr also received WA msgs. Was busy with exams so was not able to process it. Now the offer got expired but still I applied one through the website and it showed me multiple cards that I’m eligible for with the same limits as the preapproved offer claimed. I selected eazydiner card. There was no vdo kyc may be because im an existing customer. Immediately I received two mails



Does this guarantee me getting a card? On calling customer care IVR reply is your application in process and unable to connect to executive.

Not possible pan records are checked via bank and has to be offline itself.

its not you, its paytm.

Mine application is always stuck with stating Mobile number doesn't match with bank records. I never had previous relation with indusind bank not have any cc. But application always got stuck there. Any solution for this is highly appreciatable. Thanks for reading.
