First why would someone offer such things when they are making a bank on it and can easily make money out of it, offering it would only spoil their game. This screams of scam.
Second, if legit and as they usually are it will involve either loaning or revolving your credit in large amounts which is very risky from whichever perspective there is. It's likely their account got flagged or suspended already and just wanna keep milking it in a different way.
This will be a HUGE red flag whether doable or not, the question is who will come down on you first: IT or Axis, and whether it involved revolving credit in large amounts. This is definitely gonna be noticed by the Bank.
There will be consequences for this, and such extreme exploiting will definitely push the bank to take extreme measures which might include monetary and legal repercussions to recover any losses.
If it's all done by the books it's not a problem, but since you're asking I guess you don't have the means for such legitimate spends like most of us or aren't willing to spend hours trying to make it a business which either way isn't allowed by Axis.

i dont think by any means this is possible since these points will be saved in the bank db and every point credited will also have its transaction linked to it. Unless there is someone within the banks IT team involved, this is very difficult to pull and seems like a scam

the main issue is impersonation. Since the account is impersonating as Sumanta and trying to gain traction using the credibility built by him. @kpravinramesh if you can share the twitter bio link here we all can mass report and get that id banned from twitter
