EDU spends & Axis (premium) cards

Something that struck me as odd is that 'Education' spends are rewarded with EM for the Axis Atlas card. The Horizon card (roughly a level below Atlas) and the Olympus card (a level above Atlas) both have 'Education' spends on their exclusions list. This seems strange - particularly given the Olympus's annual fee... I may be mistaken but I believe the Magnus offers rewards for EDU spends - making things even more confusing...

Yes I used edu spends in atlas and Magnus and got rewarded

Horizon and Olympus are converted Citi cards. Axis just kept the exclusions as they were with Citi. Well it would be too much to expect logical things like standardization and all from Axis.

Also, transportation (4111) is also excluded in old Citi cards. On the other hand Gold/Jewellery is excluded in Atlas but you get Miles in Olympus.
