Education Payment for College using Credit Card - Query & Discussion

I need to pay 1.75L college fees of christ college blr.. Attaching a few ss.. while trying it takes me to other page so not sure will it consider a third party payment or not...

And is there any bank which doesnt charge extra for education payment...

apart from that whats the capping for points on icici emerald and hdfc infinia?

would idfc wealth dc give accelerated points and would be a good option?

AmEx has been accepting applications for some people and approving them even in the non-serviceable areas.

Some people got rejected so it's a hit and miss but if you get the card, it's a win!

for those they went via some agent or so... and more over u need atleast a address of other town which i dont have xD i can only provide my hometown address which is non serviceable and just for this edu payment not gonna take amex cc

mentioned all possible cc above xD and only MobiKwik shows in wallets and getting 1.75L apay would be hard anyways ;_; btw apay option not there

With some recent changes, I know some people who applied online directly with a non-serviceable pincode without any serviceable address/pincode and still got approved, no agent involvement.

But you've a payment due right on your head, possibly clear that first and true, if you don't have any other expenses, getting it for just this expense doesn't make sense.

yes plus here its tier 3 ~ city very rare can use it here local... and already have infinia and would be getting epm soon so don't wanna add up more card for now ... later on would see

This is a direct payment. You can pay using Infinia directly on the portal.

I have done similar in past 2-3 months multiple times. There has not been any extra 1% charge and getting 3.3% on Infinia

yes it says 2% at the time of payment but pata nahi mujhe 5100 mille the jab cashback credit hua

No capping on these 2 cards. I nowadays use either DCB/ Atlas whichever is taking me closer to next milestone. Even more than points if get you closer to milestone, more valuable.
