Applied for sbi simplyclick for a family member.
From sbi bank net login clicked on card offer, shared the pre filled details in application. After that it showed as approved then redirected to sprint for ekyc.
Edit :- Assumption Applicant had not set up digiLocker before so entered adhar and forgot pin, pin was set.But after that the eKyc did not succeed, even after multiple retries.
Update :- Applicant had sbi add on, so for it digiLocker must be set already and also used by sbi card app
Now how to do the offline process, will sbi call or need to visit nearest branch.
I don't want to waste cibil equiry by letting this application lapse but at this stage not sure if enquiry has been done or not.
