Magnus 4L on existing AXIS card you can try
or C2C of other cards also you can try

Infinia is a invite-based one.
Even people holding higher limit (~10L) in HDFC regalia were saying not getting upgrade/invite option.
A HNI banking relationship can help and you can keep an eye on any campaigns they do as well.
