I overpaid my CC bill by around 70K 2 months ago and since I didn't know how to get it reversed to my account I left it there. I made a purchase on it with EMI recently thinking it will work like normal where the bank deducts the total amount first and reverses it then converts it to emi but it's been like 10 days and the transaction hasn't been converted to EMI. I was hoping to use the excess amount in the CC for EMI. Does anyone have a similar experience?
