On that particular day, I used my BOB Eterna credit card. After about two weeks, the bank resolved the technical glitch and I was able to access lounges twice using the same card (IndusInd Celesta) during October and November.
However, about two weeks ago, I faced the same issue again and raised a complaint with IndusInd. Today, I received their response — and the explanation is quite surprising. I’m sharing the screenshot here.
Usually, I always use lounge access first through the POS machine at the lounge, and only then try generating access via QR code if needed. But IndusInd is now saying that my multiple failed attempts to generate lounge access via web (QR code) are also a reason why the access was declined at the airport lounge.
