I see this lounge mentioned in diners black app, Can I book for this lounge via diners black app and show the QR code in lounge in case I don't have the credit card physically with me ?

My mom is traveling from delhi she is holding regalia rupay can she enter terminal 1 ? Here it says on rupay it is allowed,the list is from rupay lounge
